「We booked two family rooms ( for 6 peoples) and called in advance to inform that we need to stay on the same floor. Staff said they have a remark, but they didn’t arranged and not available. Rooms are good.But only the sofa double bed very uncomfortable. We enjoyed the slider in the swimming pool. But the hot top water are very dirty and you can smell the water was too irritating. Breakfast was good. Pancake machine can make a great pancake by yourself. We enjoy the stay. 」

「I would absolutely not recommend this place for team travel. I was warned and went against my better judgement. We received countless texts, emails, and warnings for things our children didn't do. The villa's are clean, comfortable, and close to marble but absolutely do not come with teams, they will make your life miserable and put out of order posts on working elevators.」

「Great price for off season. Friendly staff. Clean quiet building. Nice outdoor areas and river view for the kids to explore.」

「Not the friendliest staff upon check-in. Which I thought was odd for Newfoundland. Drug addicts hanging around the property. Carpets were dirty in the lobby. Laundry room was only accessed from outside and had not been cleaned in some time with black mold in the ceiling. Rooms were outdated and black mold in shower as well. We left a day early and found another hotel room. Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.」
