Unwind in this spacious, tastefully appointed 4-bedroom home nestled in an exclusive manned, guard-gated community. Ideal for families, professionals, or mature travelers seeking a peaceful, upscale stay.

Enjoy full access to premium neighborhood amenities including a tranquil lake for fishing, multiple pools, gym, playground, basketball, tennis, and volleyball courts. Inside, the home features a large screened-in patio, indoor games, cable, Wi-Fi, and Smart TV for your entertainment and relaxation.

Guests will appreciate curated recommendations for local dining, shopping, and attractions. Driveway accommodates one vehicle but extra parking at clubhouse.

Getting around via uber is easy.

Quiet Waters Park nearby for long walks or bike riding. Beach is just a few miles away. Centrally located.

House was very clean. Had everything my group needed. Advice for future bookers, give the host the name of the driver. I had to hand my ID up through the van so they would let us into the gated community. If I came back to Fort Lauderdale, this is the house I would book. No complaints.
