「Room smelled of smoke. There were plastic knives stuck to the wall with some unidentifiable substance that was most similar to cream cheese. They did seem to be there intentionally, like a third grade art project. The shower and toilet were functional, and the beds kept us off the floor, so there’s that.」

「It definitely served our needs for one night while passing through. It looks like it used to be a pretty major hotel back in its day (glass elevator overlooking what probably used to be an indoor pool.) It’s now tiled over and looks like a huge reception hall surrounded by rooms that overlook it. Our room was quite spacious! The building could use some TLC, but I noticed some things have been updated. (Bathroom tile and vanity). The free continental breakfast (scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage,...
