Great spot to stay for a wedding weekend

This was a terrific place to stay for a weekend wedding on the Hiawasee River. Very clean and well equipped. We had everything we needed, including an ironing board and iron to touch up our clothes after travel. Good WiFi is a must in this area and Dylan responded to all our questions.

The cabin was very nice. It had all the amenities and was not too far from town. The only reason I gave the area around the property 3 stars, was driving up to the cabin. There are pot holes and a very narrow area between trees to get to the cabin and it scratched my SUV.

Modern luxuries- Cabin Style

This place is a little diamond in the woods. It has modern amenities and everything is new and current. My family loved this little spot and we would stay again. Owner has taken a lot of time and consideration of what a guest not only needs but wants. Totally 100% would recommend.

Cute home in Athens, TN

We enjoyed our stay at this well maintained home in Delano, TN. We were in the area for a wedding and it provided us an excellent alternative to staying at a hotel. The home was had everything we needed. It was just as described. I personally love the gray and navy theme!! We enjoyed the firepit out back. Would stay here again.

Great place!

Nice place to stay. There does need to be a dishcloth for washing dishes. I took a glass from the shelf and it was greasy or oily all over the outside of the glass. I very much appreciated that you removed all fragrances from the cabin. Thank you. The people in the cabin next to us were very quiet. Both of us appreciated that. Very nice setting with the trees and mountain view. It was a very nice respite for us. I did notice a wasp nest started by the back steps. A couple of small things to take care of but; overall a very nice place.

Cozy Cabin.

Dylan was very easy to deal with and very responsive during our stay! We were there for a family wedding and rented all 5 cabins. It was perfect and just what we needed!

Hometown hideaway

My partner and I came to this property for my friends wedding. This beautiful cabin is in my hometown. It immediately felt like a home away from home. Check in process was so easy. Very quiet secluded area, which I loved. The cabin was beautiful, clean, and modern. We’ve already talked about coming back to stay again!

Tennessee wedding bliss 😊

We came to Delano for my cousins wedding and needed a place to stay close to their venue. We like to stay in VRBO properties. This cabin was in a word, perfect! It looked exactly as it showed online. It was clean and cozy. The property owner was easy to contact and our check in process was very easy. We will stay again!

Cozy Cabin

The cabin is decorated so nice. The beds were very comfortable. The cabin has everything you need in the kitchen as well as a washer and dryer. The outside has a small covered porch. The back yard of the property has a fire pit with Adirondack Chairs. Very quiet surroundings yet easy to get to many attractions in the area. The manager Dylan is more than helpful and very responsive. My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay. We will return in the future Thank you David and Marie.

Quite Cute Modern Cabin

Small compact in size was perfect for me and my husband. It would be good for a family with small children or a teen. Nice back yard with fire pit. Inside all you would need is your clothes and personal items. Plenty of appliances to cook with. Lights/fans are a little tricky to work, but once figured out it was no problem (both wall switches have to be in the same position) nicely decorated both bedrooms have queen beds with a large flat screen tv. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Exceeded Expectations

Wonderful beautifully laid out for guests. Loved the coffee supplies, the spices, the basics for cooking. Loved the high end controls for lights fan etc.. Appliances in kitchen wonderful. Spotless and clean. Only suggestion is replace bean bag chair in living room with proper reading chair and sofa not particularly comfortable. Otherwise perfect. Bed linens soft and mattress firm. Great base for hiking and fun on the rivers.

Great House

We stayed for a wedding at the Hiwassee river events and it was easy to get to from there. The house is very spacious, very clean, well stocked. If we are ever back in the area we would stay again

Perfect stay

Very nice small cottage in a very quiet place. No street noise, only the birds singing and the rabbits running! This was our 1st VRBO rental and we are very pleased with our experience. Everything is brand new and it is very well equiped. Kitchen is full equiped even with spices! The owner is very responsive and helpful. The only down side is that the wifi is not as fast as advertised. It is not bad, but bit slow when streaming. All in all, I strongly recommend. We were there for motorcycling in the mountains and have a feel-at-home at night, which was fully met.
