「Property is brand new. Everything is beautiful and so clean. We didnt get to use the pool due to rain but it was gorgeous. Lots of indoor garage parking available. It really isnt walking distance to anything but its like a gated community that felt safe. Street noise for the master bedroom was a downside for us. 「Host was extremely responsive and considerate of all our needs. Home was absolutely prestine and clean. Pictures are very accurate to what we experienced. I was happily surprised that the mattresses were ssoo comfy which isnt always the case. All of our needs were thought of before hand, especially the wonderful little coffee bar! I highly recommend staying here.」

「Visiting relatives that live just outside of Delaware. It was a quick drive to them and then we had our own space at night which was very nice. Great location to downtown and very clean too. We will book again next time we’re in town!」

「Very nice area, quiet & clean condo. Only issue was no coffee pot & no rear entry from parking lot. There was a espresso style machine, but when I ran it, small pieces of metal came out, so we didn't use it. There is a place to park out front on the street, but if you park in the back, there isn't access into garage, so we had to walk around to get in. Other than that, I highly recommend this VRBO location.」

「The condo was clean, had no issue with neighbors. Parking right outside building. There were dressers and closets for clothing. Was centrally located for our purposes. Close to the highway. Really everything you need to live there for a time. The only thing remotely negative was there is a hospital and fire station nearby by so you will hear sirens. Not enough for me to reduce the rating.」

「The property was very clean and very spacious. My daughter and I were extremely comfortable. My dogs enjoyed the yard. I read a review about rugs but its not true the rugs were very nice. If you're looking for a piece of mind this is the place other than not being told the washer was out of order we had a great stay and will be booking again!!」

「What a perfect spot for us to stay in Columbus for OSU graduation. German Village is so charming with its little shops and restaurants. Industrial Masterpiece was so well appointed with so much space for our family of 6. The owners left us a bottle of wine, waters, coffee and snacks which we thought was such a lovely and welcoming touch. Everything was tidy and clean. The check in process was easy and fast. We will stay here again for football season for sure! Easy to get to campus as well.」

Away from the hustle and bustle of a hotel or motel, with its many guests. Privacy is so important when one is tired from a long trip and all you want to do is relax before you face whatever business or pleasure that has brought you to the area. 「The location itself is great. It's quiet, comfortable, and within walking distance of many major attractions and dining/nightlife. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the space is perfect for a small group.The primary issue we ran into was a major leak between the kitchen and dining room. 「When first arriving, it appeared decent. The tv was broken when we attempted to turn it on, which we were able to get a replacement on day 3. The first night there was a huge leak from the ceiling in the first floor bathroom. No mention in the messages what theyd do about that. Just put a bucket and a towel so we could use the bathroom. The oven was unplugged and couldn't cook anything on the stove, and the outlet looked weird and exposed. Kinda sketchy. On the last night, there was a leak...
