「We had a great time staying here as a family of 4. The kids loved the bunk beds and the cozy play corner up in the loft. So much natural lighting! I loved how wide the door and some windows were for letting in fresh air. Being close to the river was a nice touch! We found some really neat rocks and enjoyed the walks. We also enjoyed the fire pit and sunsets in the field. We cooked our meals in the treehouse, and ate down at the picnic table. I almost packed a tray - regretted not after many...

「Cozy, cute and charming place to stay, less than 5 miles into town. It was a perfect spot for us and plenty of space for myself, and my daughters who brought two friends. We had our windows open at night and lawn crew woke us at 630 am to mow and trim, which wasn’t great- but it didn’t ruin our nice time. 」

「We did a trip that had us stopping in Erie PA for two days then to Buffalo to see the falls for two days. We did a high end loft in Buffalo. After staying in 4 different places this was our most favorite. We had our German Shepherd with us and the big yard was perfect. If we had it to do over again we would go straight here. 」

「If you’re looking for a place to stay in this area, Halvorsen House is the place to choose! Just a few minutes from the north entrance of Letchworth, it gave us a perfect landing place each evening. Tons of great space inside and outside for either gathering or spreading out. We enjoyed breakfast on the deck and ending our evening around the firepit. Thank you for giving us such a comfortable and clean home for our visit!」

「We enjoyed the cabin very much. There were plenty of spaces for us to gather, or to have a quiet moment alone. My husband fell in love with the Blackstone grill and grilled everything from hamburgers and hotdogs to pancakes and bacon.We would suggest that you replace the lower rack in the dishwasher, so that the lower spray can move freely.」

「We had a great couple night stay that was very relaxing in a last minute booking for a birthday. Host was good with communication and check-in and check-out were very easy.The home is nice and secluded and very clean. We especially enjoyed the back screened-in porch where you can enjoy a chorus of bird song from the ravine. Of special note we had fox and Barred Owl calling at night.
