Plenty of toiletries, breakfast provisions of fresh local fare, the pot belly stove was well stocked, electric blankets on the beds and a super friendly host to introduce us to the property then left us alone. “Beautiful. It was quite cold when we got there but that fantastic wood fire heater had the whole house warm and cosy in no time at all. It snowed when we were there and since none of us had seen snow it was a really magical experience.
