Located on a main intracoastal waterway with amazing views from all of the living areas.
The beach is a short walk away
Atlantic Avenue is less than 1 mile.
Outside, the expansive deck area is perfect for enjoying the intracoastal, it has a dining area and outdoor grill to use.
The pool is heated, and while a little smaller than average, it is private - many homes on the intracoastal do not offer this level of privacy while enjoying the pool.
The master suite encompasses the entire top floor of the house, with huge his & hers bathroom, private office space with amazing views, and private deck overlooking the water.
Downstairs there are 2 guest rooms, each with a king size bed, and both en-suite.
The living areas are spacious and open with high end furnishings throughout.

Location location location
This beautiful property has it all! Amazing views, access to the beach, downtown shops and restaurants and every possible amenity you can think of at the house. The property manager was also super responsive with us. We can’t wait to return.

Unforgettable Stay
This property did not disappoint from the moment we entered the driveway. We could have stayed home the entire five days and been pleased to do so while soaking up the views from the back patio. The house is beautiful each bedroom with its own bathroom provided the privacy for three adult couples. The location of the house was superb for everything we wanted to do and see. The management company was accommodating checking in to see if we had any needs. We will be back to this location again!

Awsome
The view is gorgeous and the house was really clean, large and a good air conditioned system. We appreciate the light in the house and the comfort. My husband used the office with great pleasure, a great room. The kitchen was well stoked except no salt-pepper and scissors. We used the beach chairs, the umbrellas (one doesn't work well), and the kayaks. It was really fun to be there.
On the other side, we would have appreciate to have more side table in the living room and outside, to have good sheets in our bed (Costco sells a very good quality).
Thank you Paul to have allowed us to share your beautiful house. We took good care of everything.

Paradise on the Intercoastal
Property Manager was extremely accommodating and everything was fantastic. Construction nearby was not optimal but we understood off season is construction time for these beautiful properties.

Perfect location
Well equipped home in a beautiful Delray neighborhood! We enjoyed easy bike rides and runs to the beach, restaurants and shops along Atlantic. Excellent customer service provided by the property management company.

Water vacation
I love this property and loved working with the managing company Brampton Park Rentals. They were so professional and made every detail so easy. The property was exactly as pictured in the photos and so beautiful and clean and spotless. The backyard facing the water is just magnificent. I can not wait to return!
