Private apartment that has been fully remodeled in a cottage located in the heart of Delray Beach! This apartment features granite countertops and gorgeous tiled shower. Kitchen is equipped with anything one might need or want to cook a full dinner in comfort of your own vacation place. The cottage features two bedrooms with a queen size bed in a master bedroom, one full and a twin in the guest bedroom. This apartment comes with a couch that turns into either two single beds or one queen bed. Every cottage is equipped with outdoor space featuring table, chairs and a private grill. The property is in a lush green setting that will make you feel like you are in a garden rather then only minutes away from Down Town. If you decide to bring a pet, we do have a fully gated park/dog run on the property.
If you wish to venture out, the famous Atlantic Ave is within walking distance. Atlantic Ave. with fabulous restaurants, bars and night life, shopping, art galleries, tennis courts, tours, etc. Only four blocks walk to Atlantic Ave and five min drive to the beach.

We spent the month of Feb. at the property. Loved the dog run for our pooch and the close proximity to all the nightlife of Atlantic Ave.

This property is exactly what is stated. Pros: It is 0.25miles from Downtown Delray and it is sooo adorable and fun! There is a grill, picnic tables, a dog run and great TV selections. Parking is right out front Beds were decent Cons: The AC is window units only, so they are loud if you are not used to them. Be specific when you are booking and let them know what towels and how many you need. Don't be afraid of cockroaches, they are abundant in FL and will sneak in. There is no dishwasher, I didn't see that when I booked, really not an issues unless you have a ton of dishes. Pillows not super comfy. They have updated so many things in the place, however the bathroom does need some work. Overall not a terrible place to stay. It would def be 5 stars with a few upgrades.

The television didn’t work. Mattresses were terrible. Location was misleading.
Contacted owner about tv, maintenance came two days later. Nothing is within walking distance. Mattresses were old. Yard debris. Dog area overgrown. No ice trays. Outdoor patio furniture sitting on a dirt area. No helpful information about using beach. Location is questionable. Would not return to this rental.
