「No slipper provide is not so convenient. Everything aside from this is good.」

「Very good!」

「早餐不错，空调噪音大。」

「No complaints」

「Nice rooms and comfortable beds. No elevator and lobby and breakfast are in a separate building. Must walk across parking lot to get to them. Great, friendly staff.」

「The staff were very helpful and friendly; the room and bathroom were very clean; the bed was very comfortable; despite being close to the airport, the room was quiet; there was a generous breakfast buffet from 6.00 am; the room was furnished with light-coloured furniture, a comfortable bed and a seating area, which I really liked」

「simple but comfortable」

「The paintings near the elevators on each floor are too scary for kids to view. Should consider to change to something else.」

「Breakfast was good but expensive! Not great searing options. No extra blankets, pillows or towels even though we had 5 people (they knew we were going to use the pullout)」

「it was a great place to stay.」

「Our room is spacious with 2 double beds and a large closet. The staff at the reception is helpful and welcoming. The cleaning staff we met on our floor also greeted us warmly. There is a cafe connected to the hotel with good matcha latte and sandwiches, ideal for breakfast. Although it is not a new hotel, but everything is clean and works well. It will be perfect if a smart TV is available for watching youtube and Netflix.」

「I especially enjoyed how easy the shuttle to and from the airport was. Very virtuous staff. 10/10」

「This is an older hotel that is a little tired. However an excellent renovation has been done to the rooms and they are comfortable and very well appointed. The breakfast was very good. The location of the hotel is excellent for both highway and metro access. It has a small parking lot but we were able to park and not move the car during our stay. There is a daily fee of roughly $10 cdn. It definitely served our purpose.」

「Clean & tidy」
