"Parking insufficient, may be blocked in by other cars. Staff was good, owners were arrogant. Had to go buy TV for my room. No shelving, cabinet, etc in bathroom. Everthing metal was rusted. Never again."

"Very dirty. Couldn’t open sliding door. Huge hole in the wall by sliding glass door. Super sorry carpet and bathroom. Roach infested. Staff was nice. We ate the coat prepaid a few nights and left on day two to a real hotel. Pictures very misleading except pool. Definitely going to be a Karen and call corporate about it all. Expedia needs to remove them. This place is nasty "

"Room 144 had a terrible smell, shower tub didn’t drain, exhaust fan didn’t work and it took for ever to get warm water in the shower. I could hear every single door that was getting open and close, I could hear the next door room using the shower and there was a construction next to the hotel, outside the room from the window."

"They have plenty of parking but a very poor breakfast on Sundays. The TV kept disconnecting all the time. I will say this though, the bathroom was very clean and the towels pristine! Overall a good stay and perfect to visit UCF"
