Great ski weekend
Great property for a ski weekend at Mt Baker. We came in from Seattle and the drive was easy. Key pickup was on the way, straightforward, and paper directions (as well as GPS) got us to the gate where needed to be. Great property, the basement is a bathroom, foosball table, and a second older kitchen - we just put bags/shoes/skis down there. Main space was enjoyable, great for relaxing, with comfortable beds and usable kitchen unlike a lot of rentals. I'd say only downside was noise, as we didnt realize when booking the backyard is the highway and both nights it was pretty busy with traffic and trucks, not sure why. Also the neighbors also had two off-leash loud dogs who barked constantly at us whenever we walked out the door, out on the deck, or were in the hot tub. Noise removed us a bit from the "cabin in the woods, away from the city" type trip we aimed for - but overall, excellent space, good instructions, straightforward check out rules, and would go to the neighborhood again, just likely further from the highway.
