  • Origin Pure ? the motto of the houseboat and the experienceable environment. This motto was created from the owners' many years of experience and impressions.



    You take over your houseboat usually at the marina Demmin. There either the harbour master or an owner will be waiting for you. Depending on your professional seafaring ability you will receive a short or more intensive briefing on the houseboat. The Garmin depth sounder also has a fish finder as an additional function.



    You enter the houseboat via the open terrace at the bow and get into the living area with steering position. Here is also the comfortable sofa bed with flat screen and wifi, as well as a sound system and the dining area. Adjacent to the living area equipped with a kitchenette is a sleeping area with bunk beds. Separately next to it is the cozy master bedroom with double bed, which offers a magnificent view of the water.



    On board there is a separate small toilet with hand basin. A hot water shower is located outside at the stern (waste water disposal possible in the harbor for a fee). A sufficient number of life jackets and fenders are on the houseboat.



    Info consumption costs: Gas & the first fresh water tank filling are included. Waste water disposal is charged with approx. 15,- Euro. Additional fresh water, fuel (gasoline) and electricity (shore power) are exclusive and payable according to consumption on site at the respective moorings.



    The houseboat allows a wide variety of use, for example: as a lying vacation home, as a drivable means of transport around the Peene (120 km) with its many anchor and mooring possibilities and for exploring the surrounding area. You can fish from on board and barbecue on board, observe beavers, sea eagles and much more. A detailed information folder is on board.

Defekte Wasserpumpe

Leider ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig und dann kam hinzu, dass die Technik für den Frischwassertank nicht funktionierte. Das stelle sich so dar: man wartete am Wasserhahn zB beim Zähneputzen oder um zu Spülen bis zu 5 Minuten bis endlich mal Wasser kam. Dieser Mangel war bereits bekannt, doch ein preisliches Entgegenkommen war nicht zu erwarten. Im Gegenteil, das Hausboot mit dem Namen Kibitz wurde nach uns direkt weitervermietet. Eine Endreinigung vor uns fand nicht statt. Wir haben Hunde- und Menschenhaare und abgeschnittene Fingernägel entfernt, das Sofa war zw den Ritzen dreckig. Ein zuständiger Ansprechpartner vor Antritt war schwer auszumachen, denn es wurde die Zuständigkeit zwischen FewoDirect und Novasol hin und her geschoben. Aber auch wenn alles gut gewesen wäre, ist der Preis nicht gerechtfertigt. Für 1 Woche haben wir ca. 2500,-€ bezahlt. Zu dem Mietpreis von ca. 1725,-€ (inkl „Endreinigung“ i. H. v. 99,-€) kommen Sprit, Liegegebühren (Hafen), Duschen, Strom, Absaugen des Schmutztanks und Auftanken des Frischwassertanks und nat. Verpflegung hinzu. Ich kann diesen Anbieter NICHT EMPFEHLEN!
