「We stayed at this property to have a little family time. We attended a concert on the strip with our 3 children ages 16-22 and walked around the UA campus. 「We drove up at night and were nervous it was not in a nice part of town .. it was behind a gas station by a ravine/canal but in the daytime it was perfectly fine!!!! So cute! The landlord was so helpful. The water had been turned off by the city for some unknown reason and she sent over a plumber right away. Couldn’t have been nicer. Place was great. Had to mk my own bed, the sheets were not on the bed.. which was weird. But at least I knew they were clean!」

「We was traveling from Texas to Tennessee for vacation, it was very quiet and clean property. It was perfect for our stop. Only thing i could say is the location is a little off the beaten path with not much food options but the place has everything you would need to cook if you brought food」

John/host is easy to work with and responsive. Note: quiet floor but did hear bar band one of three nights night til ~1:00a.m. But it was grad weekend event.」
