Its a sweet little cabin with 2 double beds, microwave, mini fridge, coffee service and blow dryer, you have use of all out door spaces including BBQs, fire pits and picnic tables. only 10 minutes to Talkeetna and easy trip to Denali state park. This is where the fun and adventure starts with all levels of hiking close by and the fishing is awesome. just think you could cook up your catch right here and enjoy a nice relaxing fire.

Regina was great and was able to reschedule for me almost last minute! Check in was super easy and w writhing was provided from coffee stirrers to wood for a fire. Will most definitely stay again.

Exceptionally clean. Hot shower water? Yes. Quiet? Yes. Sound comfortable sleep? Yes. Close yet far enough away? Yes. Fun? Yes - Regina our host made us feel right at home, filled us in on local spots and activities and took care of us like we were one of hers. This spot has been perfect for us. Thank you!

Alaskan Experience

This is a property in transition as Regina constantly adds to her property and vrbo business with improvements, cabins and rooms. Yet this remains a warm well priced place. Very Talkeetna. Very Alaskan.

The state highway department and Alaska State Troopers closed Highway 1 and Highway 3 due to forest fires. We were traveling from Homer to Talkeetna. We were unable to reach our Cache cabin we had booked with Expedia in Talkeetna, Alaska. We called both Expedia and the cabin owner, Regina at 907-830-8708, and neither call resulted in a refund of our first nights stay. I thought acts of nature were reason for cancellation and refund. Please check in to this.
