「I like its facilities with both bath 🛁 and showers. Big kitchen, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Very well equipped indeed. I also like it's location near the pier, just minutes walk for outlying islands ferries.」

「Property is great. Room and facilities are ideal. Split system in living area and another in the bedroom. Washing machine and dryer. Large balcony. Property is on second floor with stairs up to it. This was not a problem for us. It is also very central to lobby, adult pool and main pool. I.e. if you're at the pools and wish to duck back to grab the sunscreen it's not an issue. The resort is well kept and has great facilities. The restaurant s on site are all good. We had friends at the Sheraton...

「Property is older and in need of maintenance. No daily housekeeping and WiFi is non existent. Most staff only try to sell you the timeshare presentation which is really annoying to the point we avoided walking through the lobby area. The beach front is nice and food and drinks are reasonably priced compared to fiji standards.」

Despite having booking confirmation from Expedia, there was no accommodation available and I had to resort to finding emergency accommodation at 6pm during a very busy time for Nadi where safe accommodation was extremely hard to find and ended up being ridiculously expensive. Expedia apparently need approval/confirmation from the apartment manager to issue a refund and to no surprise, they are not answering nor calling back. These apartments should be...

「The hotel is in a good location, with access to stores and restaurants. BUT BEWARE OF THEIR RESTAURANT!!!! (See below) Rooms have good views, and staff (outside of the restaurant) are competent, and very hospitable. Beds are comfortable, and the buffet breakfast is varied and tasty. However, we had a TRULY BRUTAL dining experience in the restaurant. We're a couple in our seventies who arrived hot and tired after a 6-hour boat transit, and we just wanted water and a decent meal. No such...

「The check-in staff was rude and unclear, never explained facilities and never directed us to our room.」
