“Extremely spacious and well equipped with one exception, given the unusually warm weather—no AC, some fans, and no screens on windows that do open. The garden has a knockout location right on the river and some rooms also have this gorgeous view, including the huge bathroom with freestanding tub. There are however a lot of stairs. “The property was warm and had everything we needed for a few days away. It could do with a new stair carpet and we couldn't get the TV in the bedroom to work? It came equipped with cooker, toaster, washing machine, fridge/freezer, hoover etc. The beds we found comfortable. The area was quiet. Street parking and was on a slight incline.”

“The overall aspect of the property was misleading, the property wasn't of a standard that I would expect from a Vrbo property or any rental property, the cleanliness was far from acceptable, massive cobwebs in a few rooms, stains on carpets, rugs that we really a bad trip hazards, the one at the top of the stairs which we moved, sofa bed not fit for purpose, stains on bedding, dishwasher didn't clean properly, no welcome pack, lights in the small bedroom wasn't working, mold and grime build up……

"Excellently located in the city centre, staying makes lots easier with shops and restaurants within minutes. The front desk staff Liz was most helpful, who helped us with luggage storage due to our early arrival, messaged us when our rooms was ready, and super friendly advices on where to go and what to eat. Value of rooney stay!"
