「We have stayed at the Remington numerous times on trip to visit our daughter. Today at breakfast was disappointing for all as there was only one staff member on trying to check all in, make coffee's for all, clean up tables and restock the breakfast supplies. The staff member was doing a sterling job due to the lack of support she had.」

「Staff were friendly however restaurant is closed,also pipes have bad water hammer,air-conditioner is efficient but very noisy and traffic noise is also a problem. Receptionist was helpful in providing recommendations for eating out and the Thai restaurant had great meals many of which were gluten free.」

「The place its self is lovely, as is the food. We booked to extend our stay and were told they were fully booked and it would not be refunded as they don’t deal with WOTIF even though the booking had been placed via the app. The manager was extremely rude and didn’t even offer to look at the booking confirmation and payment we had taken from our account.」
