When you stay at Lobster Pot Getaway, you're covered for damages up to $1,500 per stay.

HOUSE RULES:
We have a pet fee of $125, which covers up to 2 pets for the entire stay.

Parking is on the left side of home only (white marble stone driveway). The two dedicated spots are along the left-hand side of the driveway (photo within listing includes a diagram of parking).

You must be 25 or older to book this home.

Bookings over 29 nights require signing a rental agreement.
