Bring your beach chair and sandals and spend a week at the beach! Completely updated for a modern yet cottage feel, this cozy, air-conditioned end-unit studio is located just steps to Glendon Beach. It has high-speed wi-fi and a private enclosed patio where you can relax and enjoy refreshments. Sleeping accommodations include a comfortable queen bed and premium futon. The new mini-kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, gas cooktop, & microwave. Full bath has new vanity, bathtub with shower.

Amenities include a nicely landscaped courtyard with gas grill and picnic tables. In season, a beautiful swimming pool is private to our condominium community and out of sight from the public. The beach is just steps from your door. Restaurants and shopping nearby. And, the central location makes this a great place to hang your hat while you tour the other towns of Cape Cod.

In-season bookings run Saturday check-in after 3:00pm to Saturday check-out by 10:00 am.

This is our 3rd stay at this studio condo. We enjoy it more and more every year. It is a very short walk to the beach and an inground pool. Although it is easy to get to stores, shopping, and restaurants, the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. We plan to return for a 4th time next year.

The space is beautifully decorated and clean. We were staying to attend a wedding and we were so close to the venue and beaches. Check-in was easy. All the basic amenities provided. My only suggestion would be maybe more lighting in parking area- hatd to see when checking in at night- almost teipped on raised curbing.

Perfect get away stay

This is the perfect place for a couple's get away. The property is up to date and well maintained-inside and out. Location is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and a great ocean front beach bar..the neighborhood was very quiet.

What we expected and more

For this trip, we only really needed a place to stay. The property manager worked with us to make sure that we were able to get in when we arrived without any hassles or changing of our plans. The unit was extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable. We both got good nights sleep and can’t say anymore about the place, my only negative would be that I missed the part where I needed to supply my own linens and towels, that was solved with a quick trip to TJ Maxx. The price was right and we weren’t gouged on extra fees and cleaning costs.

We were there for a wedding at Pelham house resort. Spectacular! The cottage was lovely. We enjoyed our stay. It was super convenient. The only drawback was that there was some hair in the bathroom in the shower and on the bathroom floor.

This studio cottage is a real gem! It's got everything you need for 1-2 people. The private patio is a bonus. It is just a short walk to a nice clean beach and a great restaurant. Wonderful!

Quick Stay on the Cape

My husband and I stayed at Janet's place for 3 nights for a long weekend to celebrate our anniversary. The space was convenient, only 10 minutes or so of a drive to nearby towns and shops. The walk to the beach was no more than 3 minutes which was nice. The space was just enough for the length of time we were there. Personally, the bed was a bit hard for us (we are used to softer mattresses) and the pillows flatter but we brought our own. The coffee maker could be replaced with a Keurig since the space is really only meant for 2 people. Overall we enjoyed our time at Janet's place and would recommend it to others for a long weekend stay like ours.
