Perfect Getaway

The property manager was extremely helpful and communication was spot on. The cottage was PERFECT. Great location, super clean. The owners thought of everything!! We definitely want to rent again. :)

Summer Holiday

Very charming cottage with outdoor shower. Very close to the beach which is so important with small kids. We took a couple of walks in the evening for nearby dinner and desserts. Great place to stay when you want to getaway.Not the owner's fault, but rowdy crowds walking the street repeatedly on the 4th of July. Police presence late into the night.

cute house and perfect location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect house for my wife and I and our two small kids. The walk to the beach was so short we'd go after dinner just to look at the colors in the sky from the sunset, before starting the kid's bedtime routines. The washer and dryer spoiled us.

Great location, it was an easy walk to the beach with our stuff. The yard had shade throughout the day for our kids to play when we weren’t at the water. We will absolutely be back!

The location is great and the best part is we can walk to Sea Street Beach. We always book through Martha Murray RE and have always had a positive experience. it is nice to know they are close by if anything comes up and we are very happy with how pleasant and professional they are to deal with.

Beautiful home just steps from the beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic time staying at 14 Beach Hills road. The house was quaint and newly remodeled. Parking was easy and room for 2 cars. We were less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and only minutes by car to great places to eat. We had a slight issue with the heat and the reality company came right out and corrected the issue. I really liked the Cleat and Anchor pub, great food and entertainment and just at the end of the road. Look forward to staying here again

This cottage was the perfect respite for our traditional girls getaway. From the layout, decor, and updates inside, to the decking, yard and seating outside, and, of course, the proximity to the beach, it was PERFECT for us. Thank you!
