Very hard to find a solid, clean and safe spot on the cape for reasonable cost. this place was a 10/10. just a great vibe, local mass owners and super clean. bonus - cold brew on site for free!! Beds were great, too!

We stayed here over Memorial Day weekend with our dog and toddler, the place is really nice! Clearly recently renovated, rooms were well kept, great location on the cape. Would recommend!

Great stay! Beautiful redone. Thought of everything from the cordless dryer to the extra towels! Would love to stay again. One piece of feedback is maybe a small dresser or place to put clothing. Also a mirror near the desk for others to get ready. But those are only small feedback ideas! Loved the decor and very comfortable bed.

The cutest, cleanest boutique hotel on The Cape. Beautiful accommodations, excellent staff. I asked for ice cubes and they brought me a cup filled with ice and a lid. Every time we pulled in the owner offered to carry our bags to our room. Beautiful details in the decor of the room, the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on.. Great little coffee maker, fridge and microwave. Perfect location close to mini golf, bumper cars, ice cream and seafood. Very quiet, never heard our neighbors. A++++++, 5 Stars...... We gave at least 10 people we met over the course of the weekend the details of this place.

Upon arriving, we were greeted kindly by kind gentleman of the staff who told us how they newly renovated the property over the winter and opened in May. He escorted us to our room and showed us how to key into the room with our unique door code; no room keys to lose here. The room was clean and comfortable. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in the shower. Makeup wipes by the sink. Coffee maker on the desk. Water in the fridge and a microwave. Something they could add is a bag rack or somewhere additional to keeps your bags off the floor but beyond that the room was just what we needed. There is a nice pool and hot tub with loungers. In the evening we took advantage of sitting by the outdoor fire pit. It was very peaceful and a nice way to end the evening. We enjoyed our stay here. For context, we stayed from a Thursday to Friday for $115 which was great compared to surrounding properties and I believe was a great for the quality this property offered.

My only suggestion would be to have a mirror in the room because the only mirror was in the bathroom.Other than that, it was a great place to stay. We arrived late, around 1 AM and were greeted at the front desk.

This cute boutique hotel was an absolute gem! From the perfect location in Dennis Port, to the cute surfing/beach themed decor, to the very friendly and helpful staff - this hotel was amazing! The room was very clean, it was in a perfect location, and exactly as advertised and more! Can’t wait to go back here and stay on our next trip!
