「Beautiful Cape House- This was the perfect house for our Christmas on The Cape Vacation which included 6 of us (can sleep 8 comfortably). 「It was a wonderful few days. The house is nice, cozy, and small, with a very great few of the sunset. (People from the beach were envious of the location of those swing-chairs!!!) 「Place was great for us and the kids. It's small but enough room where you don't feel cooped up and ar bumping into eachother. House is clean and stocked with everything you need (linens, towels, beach supplies and even sunscreen) unlike many other places. Beach was great at high tide to swim. Low tide was nice but had to walk really far out to cool off. Was happy to have AC/minisplit to cool off with this heat. Would definitely come again.」

「Best rental we have stayed in on Cape, and we go every year. Exceptionally clean, comfortable. I can not say enough about it. Great location as well. What stood out the most was the high quality linens, as well as comfortable mattresses. It is very well kept with attention to detail. 「Our family had a lovely stay at this Harwichport beach house. The interior was spacious and easily accommodated our family of four plus our dog. We had fun using the yard for outdoor games, used the grill to make dinner, and enjoyed making s'mores over the firepit. The house is an easy walk to the beach and the downtown shops are also within walking distance. We hope to return in 2026!」

「Our group of 6 stayed at Lieutenant's Lodge in late May/early June -- it is such a great place. Location couldn't be more perfect - stairs down to the beach/flats right out the back door. Kitchen is great, beds and living area were super comfortable. Got stopped at the bridge once by high tide - while waiting we waded in and watched the horseshoe crabs do their thing -- very cool! We highly recommend Lieutenant's Lodge.」
