Owner was nice and polite.

The apartment was comfortable only thing is that the washer and dryer are not inside the apartment, you have to go outside around the house to a little room where it is located. There was a musty smell when we first arrived as soon as we mentioned it to the owner she was very prompt and took care of the problem, after that everything else was fine. The owner was very nice and polite and made us feel welcome.

Not a good experience

Not a good experience. They were very apologetic but there were a couple of major issues. One the place had not been cleaned in a VERY long time. It was so bad we took pictures to show them. It smelled terrible as soon as you opened the front door. They sent a cleaning crew out to take care of it but by the time everything was resolved it was late which ruined our plans. The place has one thin wall with zero sound proofing between you and the tenants that live next door and you can hear EVERYTHING at all times of the night. It did not feel super safe staying so we put a chair to the door. So yes they were apologetic about the condition of the place but overall it was a bad experience.
