It is directly across the street from Union College so I was able to attend Alumni weekend events easily by just walking across the street. I would definitely stay here again!”

“The house has been remodeled nicely, and the kitchen had good supplies for cooking. There were good gathering spaces inside and out, and with 4 bedrooms, we each had our own. I especially appreciated the blackout curtains in the bedrooms. There was plenty of parking in a quiet residential neighborhood. Owner contact was quick and accommodating.”

“This roomy older home has been updated for all conviences while retaining its charm. The lay out worked well for our group of 5 adults. Beds were comfortable. The shower was roomy with strong water pressure and hot water. The house was clean and had everything we needed. (we didn't cook but the kitchen appeared well stocked) I especially enjoyed the porch swing during an early morning spring rain shower.”

They've really thought of everything here - right down to the white noise machines to help with the downtown street noise. He made access very simple with great instructions and pictures, and parking was easier than I had expected. So nice to be able to walk to the baseball games - will definitely be back! GBR!!”
