"Claremont Farmhouse" is an historic federation style home in an ideal location for you to come back and relax and enjoy the peace and quiet, after riding the trails whilst observing the beautiful rural views the farmhouse has to offer.  A fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, spacious living areas with electric heating and 3 bedrooms are included in this lovely traditional get away holiday home. This historic character home is located approx. 8km from the bustling township of Derby and the spectacular Blue Derby mountain bike trails.

Wonderful accommodation at Claremont Farmhouse in Derby

I can't praise this accommodation highly enough. A lovely house in a beautiful setting on the edge of a town with a fascinating history. The house was well appointed, spotless, cared for, and set up for guests with a great deal of thoughtfulness. It was the best accommodation we experienced on our trip around Tasmania.
