「It's been several decades since I had the opportunity to visit Seymour Lake. The views, beautiful clear water, and quiet can't be beat.」

Brought my little boat and the boating access is across the street. We had zero issues. We would definitely come back!! Definitely worth it. 👌 」

「April @ Jay Peak is an awesome escape and this house is perfect for big families.」

「The property is similar to staying in a suite at a hotel (with a full kitchen). It’s a studio style apartment. We knew it would likely be cramped for our family of 4, but we each had a place to rest our heads which is all we really needed for a few days skiing up at Jay. Everything was clean, Caitlyn was proactive and responsive. She greeted us upon arrival and showed us around the property. We will definitely look for this property for trips to Jay in the future! 」

「The cottage is absolutely perfect! It was just the right size for our family of 4, plus our dog. The location is very quiet at the end of a road with beautiful views. The cottage is very comfortable with just enough modern updates. The private beach is shared with the other homes on the road but not crowded. Sandy lake bottom that’s shallow for quite a ways out, great for kids. Our dog loved the fenced in back yard. We have already reserved for next year!」

「My wife and I were looking for a quick get away, Keiths cottage was perfect. It had water access to the south bay where we were able to kayak and enjoy watch the bird activity. The home was super clean and had plenty of space to relax. It was a quick drive to the shops and restaurants in downtown Newport. Keith was quick to respond to any questions that we had. I would defiantly stay here again.」

「Super quiet and very clean very nice place to unwind relax」

「Had a group of around 15 adults and 2 dogs! Was a great view and easy set up! Had a nice place to have a bonfire and blackstone to cook on. Shared some s’mores and a smile with Frank, the host!」
