“The property is a duplex, we got both sides. Each unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath.
Upon arriving, the yard had a lot of litter/trash. I picked a lot of it up and threw it away. There was also a swept pile of construction debris right outside the back door.
Inside, the kitchens are updated and nice. However, there was no garbage can in the one kitchen. We did see a lot of dust in the house. Also, bathroom sink was very slow to drain. Shampoo and body wash containers in the bathroom were empty.……

Didnt feel overly safe going out at night.At night there were groups of people congregating on street drinking in 2 different areas.Car with smashed window was parked outside out house each day. TV did not even have basic sports available. Upstairs was very drafty and cold.”
