「Overall, nice stay. Close to downtown, convenient. Some minor issues with the unit. TV wasn't functioning for us, so host called and helped. A previous guest had signed in to a streaming service, so I didn't have to bother my lovely wife, but that really should be cleared after each stay. Air conditioning window unit was not secured, which is something we consider necessary on first floor/easily reached spaces. Plumbing in bathroom was very loose for some reason.

「We had a wonderful two‑night stay in this tastefully designed, modern, and well‑equipped loft apartment. Everything we needed was readily available, and the quality of the furnishings and décor exceeded what we’ve seen in similar rentals - especially the beautifully restored original timber flooring upstairs, which added real character.

「I should have listened to the reviews.
This wasn’t a luxury stay. It felt like a business model built around finding new ways to charge guests after booking.
We were charged a security deposit, told we had to pay extra for parking, and then hit with an additional $100 “house rule violation” because there was one unregistered guest. Every step seemed to come with another fee that wasn’t what you’d expect when you first book.
