“I think my only comment is the bartender could be friendlier . She acted inconvenienced everytime we ordered a drink. It was NYE and there was only one bartender and the place was packed all night, feel like it could have been staffed better for a night like NYE. ”

“Our stay in downtown Des Moines was for an entire week. This Kasa rental worked very well for us. It was nice having the extra things like kitchen, laundry, living room, game room, etc. that you don't get staying in a hotel. Our room was located in a noisy spot. We heard the garage doors open and close often. We were also awakened by the garage pickup. Still, it was a good value and great location for us.”

“Check in was seamless and the woman who checked us in was so nice. She even had dog treats for our two pooches. Room was clean and we love the location. Great river walk, close to restaurants and shopping. We love the multiple breweries in the area so it’s nice to not have to drive and have a safe place to stay. Great breakfast choices as well. ”

“The staff at the front desk were very pleasant and efficient during check-in. The room is well equipped and clean. This has become my go-to spot when visiting Des Moines. Very few other hotels within the downtown area offer free parking. The breakfast buffet is nice. I'll keep staying here when I return.”

“看起来酒店有很多年的历史，被子有点旧，这几天很冷没有暖气，前台工作人员告诉我们没有暖气，但是她们提供了毛毯，酒店大堂的水流声真的很吵闹，好在隔音还不错，早餐只供应到9点，唯一的热食只有芙蓉蛋，我起床时间比较晚，8点55分到达餐厅的时候，只来的及点了一份芙蓉蛋和一杯果汁，然后她们开始收拾关闭早餐，也没有咨询我是否还需要更多的食物，因为她们准备关闭早餐供应。整体来说，性价比一般，不值得你花费180美金住宿一晚。”
