The property features a large private parking lot, closed by an electric gate, and a covered garage capable of hosting up to two cars, perfect for those arriving by car and seeking maximum convenience. Located on the first floor of a recently constructed building, the apartment is a perfect blend of design and functionality. As soon as you cross the threshold, you will be welcomed by a spacious, modern, and bright living room, tastefully furnished and designed to make you feel at home immediately. A comfortable sofa bed offers a welcoming solution for additional guests, while the large dining table invites pleasant moments of conviviality. On the right side, the fully equipped kitchen provides state-of-the-art appliances, including a refrigerator and dishwasher, along with everything necessary to prepare breakfasts, aperitifs, or dinners with company. The sleeping area is a tranquil refuge, with two elegant double bedrooms furnished with style and equipped with wardrobes, mirrors, armchairs, and storage spaces under the beds. The high-quality mattresses, enhanced by a topper, guarantee regenerative rest after a day spent exploring the wonders of Lake Garda. The apartment offers two spacious bathrooms, one with a large hydro-shower cabin and the other complete with shower, toilet, sink, bidet, mirror, and washing machine. Every environment is designed to offer maximum comfort, with air conditioning in all rooms and modern windows with tilt-and-turn opening, ensuring optimal brightness and ventilation. The high-speed wi-fi connection covers the entire structure, ideal for those who wish to stay connected even on vacation. We do not use key boxes with codes, nor will we ask you to travel unnecessary kilometers. One week before your arrival, a dedicated concierge, available in Italian, English, German, Spanish, and Portuguese, will be at your disposal for any questions about the apartment and experiences to enjoy in the surrounding area. Upon your arrival, they will personally welcome you, accompany you to the apartment, and remain available throughout your stay, ready to assist you with any needs. At departure, they will be present to bid you farewell and ensure that your experience has been perfect. The concierge service is also available via chat, to offer you quick and personalized assistance at any time. Check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. For arrivals between 7:00 PM and 11:30 PM, a supplement of 50 euros is required. This apartment requires a security deposit of 200 euros, payable in cash or by credit card. If paid in cash, it will be refunded via bank transfer within three working days, in the absence of damages. Pets are welcome with an additional cost of 5 euros per day. Schöne FEWO (Nordseite!) in einem netten aber hellhörigen Haus

Check-In und Kommunikation mit Vermieter waren super, sehr hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Fewo nach Norden ohne Balkon, eher dunkel (selbst im Sommer), Küche gut ausgestattet, zwei schöne Schlafzimmer und ein schönes Bad, das andere Bad nur innenliegend ohne Ablageplatz. Armaturen ungünstig angebracht. Vor allem im hinteren Schlafzimmer konnte man jedes Wort aus der anderen Wohnung verstehen, manchmal bis nachts recht laut (Musik, TV, Gespräche). Nicht weit vom Strand, Einkauf (aldi) in der Nähe möglich.Insgesamt haben wir uns wohlgefühlt.
