From here, guests can access the private garden full of greenery, equipped with a porch with a dining table, perfect for enjoying great outdoor meals on summer days. The apartment continues with the sleeping area, which consists of a bedroom equipped with a queen-size bed and closet. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.Guests will have amenities such as a washing machine, air conditioning in the living room, independent heating for colder days, and free wi-fi.*The apartment is equipped with an external camera which, however, is turned off and does not make any recordings during the stay.Guests will benefit from a covered parking slot inside the property.*Guests can easily park their car in the private garage within the complex. The apartment can only be reached on foot.*Ability to request a luggage trolley/package carrier from the concierge.*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations.
