Beautiful house but needs maintenance

The house is located great and is very beautiful. The issue comes in with the preventive maintenance of the house. Understandably, there can be issues with any rental and 1 or 2 can be expected. However, the issues with this house were one after another. I will be emailing the management company and providing a list of the issues.

Family get away

We do an annual trip to Destin every summer. This was the first time at this house. The house was very nice and having a golf cart was a big plus. The rental process was very easy and communication was with the agent was timely. The only issues were the top floor didn’t have any window covering so it got too hot to enjoy the top floor. The freezer would not freeze fearing the day, but would at night. The property management was great. We did call about running out of propane, and it was taken care of in a timely manager. We did enjoy the house and had a great time. And the distance to the beach was great. Over all we had a great experience, and would rent there again.

Great house in a fantastic location

The house is beautiful and can accommodate the entire family. There are a ton of amenities and the location is perfect if you want to walk to the beach or just enjoy the quiet of the neighborhood. I would highly recommend the house.

Wonderful location and great amenities. House was nice. I would stay again. The only issue was code giving to me to get in the house did not work. The management office was closed. Thank you the people who came to inspect the cleaning came and we was able to get a code from them.

Celebrating Friendship

Our second trip to this beautiful home. We love the convenience off the location. Added bonus of the golf cart this trip was perfect. We loved driving it along the beach on 98 enjoying the scenery. Plenty of room in the house for us to spread out for work, and we weren't on top of each other in the common areas either. The ladies are fantastic to work with, very responsive although we really didn't need anything. Love seeing the Regions Bank bikes; we work for Regions, great shout out to our Company!! We appreciate you, and thank you for the use of the house.

Perfect house

I rented this place for our Thanksgiving holiday. This house was perfect for a family of four adults and three children. Everyone had there own space. The house was equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The house was clean and homie. The checkin and out were very easy. The bikes and golf cart were an added plus. The neighborhood was quite and the pool was right in front of the house. The beach wasn't far either very quick on the golf cart. We will definitely be back to stay here again because how clean it was and the location to the beach.

Great location on a quiet street.

The locations was great and the golf cart provided was really handy. There was close beach access where you can park the cart. We weren’t able to use the pool because it wasn’t heated and the kids were freezing. The house was nice and the kitchen was well stocked. Our main complaint was the carriage house had a terrible musty smell. There were “damp-rid” hangers everywhere. But they didn’t seem to help. My mom even tried to leave the doors wide open during the day. We would go again. But I wouldn’t plan on having so many people so that we wouldn’t be forced to use the carriage house bedroom suite.

3rd time at Two Friends

We have been coming to Destin and staying in Clipper Cove for years now. We have stayed in several other homes but we keep coming back to this one! We love the location and layout of this home. The added bonus of a golf cart being included was huge for us! In the past we have rented one for my father in law who could not walk to the beach. The kids also really enjoyed finding sand toys, pool floats, and snorkel gear in the garage. We always thoroughly enjoy Crystal Beach, it’s beautiful and the beach access with restrooms is so nice, and the golf cart parking lot is awesome! We love the pool that is directly across from Two Friends, and we all enjoy visiting Camille’s daily for coffee, snacks and drinks. We had a very nice dinner there in the restaurant as well. The recent updates made to the home are all very nice. A couple minor issues arose during our stay and the property manager communicated very well with us and took care of things right away. We couldn’t have been happier!

Perfect Beach Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed this VRBO! It was a short walk to the beach. The golf cart that comes with the rental was a HUGE plus! The owners/ property manager was so friendly and very quick with communication over the app! We loved staying here and definitely plan on coming back next year!

Great experience for our Destin beach vacation 2022!

House was beautifully decorated and accomadated our extended family of 13. Really enjoyed having the carriage house which gave privacy to those without kids. The shower pressure was amazing, but there is alot of moisture in there (may want to considered a dehumidifier). There was enough parking for 3 cars (there is no off street parking). The golf cart and Jetsons electric bikes were a hit for the entire family along with the kayaks and beach equipment. Having the pool directly across from your front door was perfect along with the beach beach a 5 min walk!

A Bach Trip For The Books!

Everything went as smooth as it could. The only hiccup we had was the pool was closed for a couple days at no fault of the owners. There was nothing they could do about that. The house was perfect!!

The property was as pictured on the website the realtor was excellent about getting back to us quickly. The only thing I wish was included was the golf cart I don’t remember seeing that there was an additional charge when booked. Other than that we had an excellent time.

Fabulous location easy access to the beach, pool Clean home, neighborhood Quiet Clean Pool and grounds Having a main floor bedroom was perfect for our group. Where to begin…

Came to “investigate a complaint” about a garbage can not being brought in and evicted my 19 year old son and his friends, while I was driving home for emergency molar extraction even though another parent was present and I said I’d send husband to since I had a medical emergency . Falsely charged for numerous things including $600 for a crack on frame of a daybed that was apparently already there. It was used one time by one person for a nap. Was charged hundreds extra for cleaning even though we took pictures showing condition of house at eviction. Refuse to respond to requests for information, say contact VRBO, VRBO says contact owner. I wish I could attach pictures to prove my point. Turned maybe 100 dollars of legitimate issues into $950 charged to my card. Sent me pictures of cigarette packs(no smoking inside ever alleged), one pill of what I recognized as a prescribed medicine a family member takes as justification for these charges.. One of the boys admitted to writing something ugly in guest book and being rude upon eviction, which I do not condone. I offered to pay for the guest book, as aside from a broken plastic lawn chair, was only legitimate complaint of damage. I feel scammed, ripped off. Other adults present during eviction felt it was a scam as well and said they never seen anything like it. I could have swallowed the eviction bc I understand not wanting several college students there, but I have documentation of condition of property and there is no way these exorbitant charges are justified. They claim police would corroborate, but refuse to give me name of law enforcement agency, police officer or case number so I can talk with them. They tell me to contact VRBO but VRB0 says contact owner. Like I said I wish I could upload pictures. I’ve rented from VRBO for many, many years and I’ve never seen anything like this.
