Newly remodeled (2022) master bath featuring walk-in shower with white subway tile all around, sliding glass barn doors, full sized, double vanity with quartz counter and new tile flooring. Updated kitchen (2019) includes all stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, white shaker cabinets and new backsplash. The kitchen also has a newly added Keurig coffeemaker. All linens are provided including: sofa bed sheets; blankets and pillows, changed out three times a week; plenty of bath towels; and 6 beach towels. In addition to Destin Beach being just steps away and having easy access from the Unit to all of the “New Islander’s” fun activities, the views from our private balcony are unbelievably beautiful. There are day and night time “Florida sights” including a view of the beach and boats going to and from Destin Harbor. View a wildlife preserve, a sunset over the gulf 365 days a year. Watch all summer and special event fireworks and the twinkling night lights of Fort Walton Beach from the balcony. March - October short term renters receive one free beach set up daily.
