Casa Verde is already a favorite for creating magical memories at the beach with families and friends. However, this spacious vacation home has been recently updated with comfortable furnishings and extra amenities. Located in Crystal Beach, this sought after location is less than a block away from the sugar white sand. Besides the great location with exceptional amenities, comfortable sleeping quarters include the Main House and Guest House for a combined total of 22 visitors.
The house has recently been remodeled and has the following amenities and updates:
-Brand new flooring 1st floor of Main house and Guest House.
-Updated Bathrooms
-New Quartz Countertops Kitchen and Backsplash. Refurbished Cabinets. All new kitchen supplies.
-Remodeled Fireplace and Refurbished Kitchen Cabinets with new 77 inch television.
-A new game area for ping pong and pool table has been put outside
-Brand new furniture throughout the home and outdoor furniture. Furniture includes Bernardt luxury furniture and Stock and Trade luxury couches.
-An outdoor custom gazebo with barbeque and refrigerator and preparation area, a television and outdoor bar seating for 8. In addition there is a bar area to relax at while playing pool or ping pong.
-An outdoor deck by the pool with outdoor couches, chairs and a fire pit.
-All new landscaping with tropical lush privacy by the pool.
-A new jacuzzi has just been put in.
Golf Cart: Because local companies were charging our guests $165/day we decided to do something about it. We bought a fleet of our own golf carts for our homes. We offer them for between $300 and $495 per week (+taxes and processing), depending on time of year. They are six-seater electric luxury golf carts with leather and outdoor built-in outdoor speakers for playing music. If interested, please inquire regarding availability.
After a day at the beach, you can relax by the private pool. The pool is located in an oasis adorned with palm trees and serves as an open courtyard between the main house and separate guest quarters. The pool patio has plenty of cushioned chairs for lounging, an eating area, an outdoor gazebo with barbeque and bar seating for 10, a new fire pit to enjoy mini-bonfires on chilly evenings and a basketball hoop. The main house has a stylishly furnished Great Room with a comfortable new sectional sofa. One comfortable Guest Bedroom is on the first floor with a king sized bed and access to a full bath. The spacious Master Bedroom upstairs is magnificent with rich hardwood flooring, a charming four-poster king sized bed, a large sitting area, and a luxury en-suite bath. French doors lead out to its own balcony where you can sip coffee and catch a glimpse of the gulf. One Guest Bedroom on this level has two queen sized beds and a set of twin bunks, while another has an additional queen sized bed. Both bedrooms have access to a full shared bathroom. The poolside Guest House has a bunk room, a queen bedroom, a full bath, and a wet bar/kitchenette in the downstairs unit and the upstairs unit has a king sized bedroom, a sitting area with a sleeper sofa, a full bath, and a wet bar/kitchenette.
This fantastic location is minutes away from favorite beachfront restaurants, grocery stores, wine outlets, shopping and family amusements. You are also equidistant from Destin’s Harborwalk Village and Sandestin’s Baytowne Wharf, featuring an abundance of dining establishments, lively bars, seasonal festivals, free concerts and even fireworks during the summer.
Main House:
First Floor: Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, King Bedroom with Full Shared Bath, Laundry.
Second Floor: King Master Bedroom with Queen Sleeper Sofa and a Full Ensuite Bath, 2 Queen Bedroom and Full Bunk with Full Shared Bath, Queen Bedroom that Shares a Bath with the Queen Bunk Room.
Guest House (Split Unit):
First Floor: Queen Bedroom, Twin Bunk Room, Full Hall Bath and Kitchenette
Second Floor: Exterior Staircase, King Bedroom, Living Room, Full Bath, Kitchenette
*$40 per day ($280 for the week) to heat the pool. Plus tax. Recommended mid October through mid May. Only available for the whole stay and not partial days.
**Pets: we are open to hosting your furry friends. However, please inquire before booking. Pet fee $150 per dog.
**Our cancellation policy is if you need to cancel we will open up the dates for rebooking and refund you when the house books. March through October have not been a problem rebooking with some time. We will always try to get someone in to the house to get you a refund no matter how close the time is to booking.
