Welcome to Aegean 215, a beautifully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in the sought-after Aegean complex on Holiday Isle. Overlooking the pristine Gulf waters, this second-floor unit offers breathtaking balcony views, easy private beach access, and a host of community amenities to enhance your stay. The open-concept living space features granite countertops, dining for six, and comfortable seating, including a queen sleeper sofa. Back to the Future

Overall the space is great. Now let’s talk about the unit. It hasn’t been updated since the 70’s. The pull out sleeper springs are broken. The couch maybe from the 70’s and has food stains on it. We sat on the couch and fell straight through to the floor. We had to put the sleeper sofa bed on the floor since the springs were useless. Don’t count on this as part of the sleeping arrangements. The shower curtain had mold and dried booger’s on it. The management staff was helpful but the sleeper sofa wasn’t fixed. The owners of the unit need to take ownership and upgrade the unit. The second bedroom bed is at its end of life.

Air Conditioning Nightmare

Property was beautiful! Amenities were wonderful! HOWEVER, I do strongly feel we should receive a credit for having to go without electricity and more importantly AIR CONDITIONING for more than 24 hours! We were told it would be a few hours and a few hours turned into more like 30 hours + And the property manager at the Aegean was very rude when I asked about this! Chased out early

We enjoyed the condo. However, our issue is with the property managers. Several lights were burned out without available replacements, and the cable box had to keep being unplugged and rebooted. These were minor inconveniences but support our criticism of the property managers. Customer service from the first call to inquire about reservation details was mediocre at best. Check out time was listed as 10:00AM. The cleaning crew was banging on the door at 7:50AM and then stood outside until we rushed out. We had to maneuver our luggage around their supplies. Luckily, we were awake and just about ready. If we had been asleep, on a morning beach walk, or at breakfast, I'm certain they would have let themselves in! What a way to end the week!

Loved the decor, very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking!

Overall, I would highly recommend this condo. Most important, it was clean. The balcony was exceptional !
