- The renter Agreement must be signed and ID verification is required for booking confirmation
- Minimum Age Policy: Booking must be made by a guest of 25 years or older who will be present throughout the stay. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Breaking this rule will result in cancellation or eviction.
- A security deposit will be held once the booking is confirmed.
- Check-In Time: 4 PM. Check out at 10 AM.
