The property was in a great spot right across the street from beach access. The street was a small one lane both ways so it was easy to get across. Pool was close too. Property was clean and comfortable. Ants were kind of bad inside the house so you have to keep food sealed up. I would rent again.

The property is exactly as advertised. Loved the convenience of the pool right in front and a beautiful view of the lake in back. Short drive to Everything, Harbor Walk was 15 mins away. I enjoyed and will be book again.

The condo wasn’t cleaned! The floors were filthy and there was trash and shoes underneath the bed and nightstands. There was a hole in the floor in one of the bedrooms. I called and sent pictures but know one called me back.

Totally unacceptable policy of check out time of 9:00am! The normal check out time for other similar units and properties in the area is 11:00am. Check in time is 4:00pm and the only way to extend the check out time was an additional fee (not even a full day). Completely inflexible when they acknowledged there was no one checking in the same day as my departure. Will never rent from Southern Vacation Rentals again.

Did not like the fact they have very early check out at 9 am while they only allow check in at 4 pm - did not notice this when I reserved - this is preposterous Might as well have booked a hotel. When I called they wanted to charge 60$ for late check out and said it needs to be 5 days prior to the trip and did not even allow to pay for it
