Walls of windows overlook the great cerulean expanse; wispy linen drapes connect ten-foot ceilings with oversized ceramic tile floors and white furnishings accented by abstract gallery art create a very cool vibe. Plus, a sleek kitchen with Thermador appliances and the Primary suite with a large soaking tub, stone walk-in shower and a beachfront balcony are ready to impress.

More than just a pretty gem, 702 boasts conveniences like large-screen TVs throughout, a full laundry room, high-speed elevators and covered parking. Additionally, the deeded beach access (imagine never having to worry about a spot on the shore), a location that is within walking distance to restaurants and an address in the heart of Destin make 702 the place where memories never tarnish.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

The balcony does have an electric grill for your use.
