Destin Beach Vacation

The size of the house was great for 2 families. There was enough space for everyone to be comfortable. New grill and kitchen accessories are needed ASAP- simple things such as a pizza cutter or vegetable peeler were not available. Grill was rusted out and unusable. Location to beautiful beaches made the trip memorable!

Family get away

The property was as described. It was more than enough room for our party of 8. It was clean and close to the pool and a short walk to the beach. There was also a shuttle bus that would bring you to and from the beach. My only critique would be to resupply the kitchen a bit. There wasn’t enough forks for our group otherwise we had a wonderful time with our family and Pinkie Flamingo was super responsive and the check in process was super easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Softball World Series

In total, we had twelve families stay in four separate houses in Villages of Crystal Beach for the week. Of the four houses, ours was the most up to date and modern from a decor perspective. We had three families in our house, making the three full private bathrooms a perfect fit. The downstairs bedroom is by far the loudest at night, because you can hear every footstep and creek from upstairs. If we could do it again, my wife and I would’ve taken one of the smaller bedrooms upstairs as our own. The location of the house was convenient, a quick walk to the pool and a quick (free) shuttle to the beach. It was also just blocks away from Bass Pro and several restaurants. The unit had a few small things wrong with it when we checked in, like a missing kitchen cabinet door and a crack in the glass stovetop but not anything that negatively affected our stay. The A/C worked perfectly during our hot July stay. Two other houses our teammates stayed in experienced A/C issues while we were there. Parking is very tight, each unit says it fits three vehicles but it’s really designed for two. We checked in on a Sunday night and quickly learned the local grocery stores had bare shelves because so many other guests checked in the same day of the week. I’d we had to do it again, we would 100% book this exact unit again.

Spacious Vacation House for Large Family

The vacation house was ideal and spacious for our family of 11 with extra beds to spare. Great location in Destin and great location in the neighborhood-not around all of the bustling noise at the pool. The laundry and linen was fresh. Had an abundance of cookware. Every time I called the owner prior to our visit, she picked up on the first ring. We were very pleased with our stay and definitely thinking about booking again.

The house and the property are wonderful. I’ve stayed here several times and always enjoy coming to this neighborhood to have a fun beach trip. I will say that the communication from the property manager was nonexistent. I attempted 3 to 4 times to reach out to them regarding certain issues and was never responded to. The house itself is beautiful and you won’t regret staying here.
