Property had everything we needed, beautiful location, great amenities, close to bars/restaurants, tiki bar/small cafe on site, spent the whole time at the beach.

The condo was just as described. The location was great as was the condo. It had all the amenities as listed. It was in a great location to both the beach and the town. Will definitely stay again.

Nice condo, very clean, beautiful view from balcony. Really enjoyed the live music by the tiki bar. Keep your arm bands with you.

We had a great stay at the Pelican. Yavuz condo was nice. It came fully equipped with everything. It was even nice having a wagon, chairs and a cooler to take to the beach and pool. This resort is in a good location and close to everything. The tiki bar and restaurant was a nice bonus. The food and drinks were good. The only thing during our stay was the pool in the front by the beach was not open due to people dropping glass bottles off the balcony so that was a bummer. But we would stay again.

We were looking for an affordable condo on the beach for a baseball tournament weekend. The listing was accurate. The resort is older but the condo was clean and had some updates. There are multiple pools and a cafe on site which was convenient for breakfast. The condo included a beach wagon with chairs and boogie boards which was nice to use.

Perfect place for our blended family of 5. Things we appreciated were multiple pools, great location, walk up restaurant and bar within a few steps of pools/beach, live music last night. Things we could’ve lived without were the noise of the many travel baseball teams without parental supervision at the pool making it rough for our little ones and the dining room table. Ha! Sounds funny but I’ve literally got bruises all over my legs because every time I sat down or got up from the table, a corner got me. Despite that, we’d definitely stay here next time!

The apartment was very clean when we arrived. 4 beach chair, umbrella, tent, fishing poles and cart were available. both beds were very comfortable with a fresh clean sheets and good smell covers. 3 smart TV in living and 2 bedrooms. Kitchen supplies more than enough.
