This newly renovated 2BR/2BA beachfront retreat blends timeless charm with modern elegance, creating a serene and sophisticated sanctuary. Perfect for romantic getaways, intimate escapes, or gatherings with friends and family, it places you just steps from sugar-white sands and emerald waters at Pelican Beach Resort. Your beach escape is just a booking away.

Step into a sun-drenched sanctuary where refined coastal elegance meets modern luxury. Just moments from your private retreat, sugar-white sands and emerald waters invite endless days of beachcombing, sunset cocktails at the Tiki Bar (not avail NOV-FEB), or a leisurely meal at the on-site café. Take a refreshing dip in one of three sparkling pools or unwind in the resort’s inviting hot tubs. For a little friendly competition, head to the tennis and pickleball courts, or keep up your routine at the fully equipped fitness center—complete with both dry and wet saunas for the ultimate post-workout relaxation.

Beach days are a breeze with complimentary beach towels, chairs, a wagon, and umbrellas, while optional beach service at La Dolce Vita can be reserved in advance (not avail NOV-FEB).

Inside, every detail has been curated for comfort and style. Begin your mornings with coffee on your private Gulf-front balcony, prepare gourmet meals in the fully renovated kitchen equipped with all the comforts of home (and then some), and relax in the plush living area designed for effortless enjoyment.

Retreat to two beautifully appointed bedrooms, each offering a serene escape. The primary suite indulges with a king-size bed dressed in premium linens, a 50" flat-screen TV, and a spa-inspired ensuite with sleek, modern finishes. Step onto your private balcony each morning to soak in panoramic Gulf views and gentle breezes.

The secondary bedroom combines charm and versatility, featuring two twin beds that can convert to a king upon request, a 32" flat-screen TV, and a peaceful ambiance for restful nights.

The living room extends an additional layer of flexibility with a queen-size pull-out sofa, making it easy to accommodate extra guests. Newly renovated and filled with brand-new designer furnishings, this space is the heart of the home. Expansive Gulf views stream through every window, while the warmth of the electric fireplace sets the perfect mood for relaxation or movie nights on the 70" flat-screen TV.

Enjoy the convenience of home in this beautifully appointed retreat, complete with an in-unit washer and dryer.

Enjoy strolling the Destin Harbor Boardwalk, renowned for its lively atmosphere, shopping, and dining options. Explore Henderson Beach State Park, a nature-lover's paradise, or visit Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park for family fun. You'll also find a variety of restaurants, including local favorites like The Back Porch, just steps away.

There’s plenty of covered and uncovered free parking, and you’re welcome to bring your boat or RV to park in the uncovered spaces. EV parking is also available on the upper level of the parking deck, making every aspect of your stay effortless and convenient.

House / Pelican Beach Resort Rules

Amenities and Resort Rules:
• Beach: Use the boardwalk sprayers to remove sand. Tents, canopies, and coolers over 48 quarts are not permitted on the beach or at the pool. Personal beach gear must be placed behind beach service setups and removed nightly. Stay off dune restoration areas.
• Pools and Hot Tubs: The inside/outside and Dolphin pools and hot tubs close at 10:00 PM, while the Gulf-front pool and hot tub close at dusk. Glass containers are not allowed in the pool areas.
• Parking: A parking pass must be displayed. A maximum of two vehicles are allowed per unit, and vehicles without passes may be towed.
• Fitness Center: Children under 15 are not allowed, and those aged 15-18 must be supervised by an adult.

General Policies:
• Wristbands Required: Guests must wear wristbands (provided at check-in) while on the property, especially during peak seasons. Lost wristbands will incur a $25 replacement fee.
• No Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property, with no exceptions per the HOA. Service animals are permitted with prior notification.
• Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST.
• Maximum Occupancy: Please respect the maximum occupancy of the unit (no more than 6 people in the 2-bedroom unit).
• Registered Guests Only: Only guests registered at check-in are allowed to stay in the unit.
• Minimum Age to Rent: The guest/renter responsible for the unit must be 25 years old or older unless accompanied by a parent or adult guardian.
• No Visitors During Peak Season: During peak spring and summer months, unregistered visitors are not permitted access to the property.
• Smoking Prohibited: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in the unit, on the balcony, and anywhere within the resort footprint, except in designated smoking areas (south side of covered parking and Tiki Bar area). A $250 fine will be assessed if the smell of tobacco, marijuana, or vape is reported in the unit after check-out.
• No Parties or Events: Parties and events are not permitted in the unit or on the resort premises.
• Quiet Hours: Observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Excessive noise after 10:00 PM may result in eviction and loss of deposits.

Condo Usage:
• Cleanliness: Please keep the unit tidy and dispose of trash properly.
• Trash Chutes: Trash chutes can be used between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM for bagged trash only.
• Balcony Rules: Do not feed birds from the balconies or hang items like towels on the railings.
• Kitchen: Wash dishes after use and store food properly to prevent pests. Be mindful that cooking strong-smelling foods may result in extra cleaning charges.
• Unit Condition: Do not rearrange furniture or decor. Turn off lights and electronics when leaving.
• Damage: Guests are responsible for damages and should report any issues promptly.

We had an absolute blast staying in Kelly’s condo. Her condo is gorgeous and extremely clean. She has everything you could need in the condo. We had one tiny hiccup and Kelly was very apologetic, and had someone there to help within the hour. We would absolutely rent this condo again. Thanks again for everything!
