Short and nice, easy access!

Place is a cozy place in the community near the beaches and airport. We were able to get in and out easily and everything is updated and clean. There is som humidity from the beaches that can mess up stuff. It seems like they take pretty good care of it!

Apartment was clean and in great condition. Host was very responsive before and during the stay. The location is excellent!

Had great appliances. Nice size bedroom loved balcony but the view was of a palm tree. Unit under us was being remodeled lots of noise and vibration. Location was super nice overall out of 10. I guess give it 7,5

Fell short of expectations

Refrigerator didnt work properly the entire month. We couldn't complain because we found out 2 days after getting there that the previous renters were evicted when they complained. Balcony looks over a trashy parking lot with tow trucks in & out day & night. Microwave is too small to even fit a plate in. Toaster oven door doesn't close. Half of the closet space was being used to store a bed. Condo is ok for 3 or 4 but not 6. Only 2 of 3 pools in service. We would not stay again.

Disappointing

This property is okay for a few days but longer term, such as snowbird, is not good. We booked for 29 days. From day one the refrigerator did not work properly. The manager got us a smaller temporary one while the other was being fixed. After three weeks we were still dealing with a refrigerator that would barely hold a weeks groceries for two. The manager told us the owner would not pay for a replacement and he would get us another refrigerator. After three weeks we told the manager we were not happy and that would be reflected in our review. His response was to evict us immediately. In writing and in person. He altered the rental agreement to end the contract. He pounded on the door and told us to be out in one hour. We are a couple in our 70’s and were quite astounded. When we tried to engage the manager in conversation he would not listen and just kept yelling louder at us. He called the police. We did as well. We packed and left to get out of this traumatic situation. We should be refunded the 7 days we have paid for.

Cozy, one-bedroom condo located in the heart of Destin was perfect for my husband, 3 year-old daughter, and myself. It was very clean, quiet, and located close to all the fun activities!

Best Place in Florida

This was a really pretty condo. It was small but feels so open and nicely decorated. The balcony had the view of a palm tree and further to the left, you could see all the city lights. Close to the beach and to restaurants, grocery stores (Walmart, etc), and souvenir shops around. Place was very clean when my family walked into the condo. 10/10

Palm Tree

Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was quiet, family friendly, and in the perfect area. The property was clean and comfortable. I never figured out how to turn the balcony light on. Then there was the palm tree. A little eye sore, but I think if it was pruned it wouldn't be bad. Overall a GREAT stay, and we will definitely return.
