Incredible layout. Made for an easy and wonderful stay.

My family and I loved our stay. Everything was clean and precise. Warren Beach Rentals was very easy to work with and our property manager Christi was a delight. Easy access to the beach and amazing pool.

Wonderful location

We had plenty of room in a wonderful setting. Close to the beach and a very nice neighborhood. Sent a few messages to the owner and always had a quick response. Highly recommend.

Our favorite vaction ever!!

The house was beautiful!! Loved the huge pool. Location was great not far from the beach and in safe community! Warren beach rentals were great and easy to work with! Will definitely be coming back!!

We loved our stay at Top Shelf

Great location and great hosts! Patrick was very personable and prompt in his responses to us during our stay. The house had ample space for all 12 of us and the pool was a major hit! We rented the golf cart for quicker transportation to the beach for the kids, but the walk is easy to the beach. Nice, quiet community and amenities at Destiny East. Would definitely recommend this house and would rent again if given the chance.

Top Shelf was Top of the Line

Wow!! What an amazing vacation thanks in large part to this beautiful house in Destin. Everything was exactly as described -- customer service was quick and efficient, the pictures portrayed the house exactly as we assumed it would be, the amenities were great, check in and check out was incredibly easy! The walk to the beach took maybe 10 minutes and was a safe walk for the whole family -- never even had to cross traffic since there is an underground tunnel to go through. There was plenty of parking too if you got there before 10:30 AM. It was great having the grill for dinner and assorted beach toys and pool floats were really convenient. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking items and utensils. The community area was close, just a 10 minute walk and had tennis/pickleball courts which we used often. We will definitely recommend Warren Beach Rentals!

My family of nine had a wonderful stay. The hosts were very communicative, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Property was very spacious. Loved the huge sofa !!! I would suggest an upgrade to the dishwasher. Seemed not to completely clean the dishes. Overall it was a perfect location. We all enjoyed our stay!

Good location, nice pool and hot tub. When we arrived, there was hair in the drawers in the MBR and hair and dirt in the bathtub. There was also months of dust accumulated on the fan in the living room and on the lamps. They had to send the cleaning crew back out to clean up. The drinking glasses in the cabinets were dirty and had to be cleaned.

Great property and great location

I would rate this property as one of the finest in all of Destin. This property is in a great location with the safety of a gated community and convenient to everything , beach included. The best thing about the property is it's owners , they go out of there way to make sure your stay is all it can be. I can't say enough good things about this place , I would highly recommend it !!!!!

Perfect Vacation Location!

As stated by my nine year old son "this was the most awesome vacation ever." This house is beautiful and comfortable. It is spacious and functional. It is a great place to share with family and friends!! Plenty of room for everyone. Excellent location for beach and fun!

A nice stay with an awesome pool area.

This house was perfect for an extended family gathering. Plenty of space inside and out. The pool area was awesome - plan on spending lots of time there during your stay. Management/owner were very responsive to questions and a few minor issues that cropped up, which were very quickly resolved. Nice quiet neighborhood that seems to work hard to keep things that way.

We had a wonderful week and look forward to our next visit there.

Everything is great at the TOP SHELF house. This Wass our 4th or 5th stay there and we feel like it is a second home for us.The problem we had at the beginning with the refrigerator was quickly remedied and you took care of the problem immediately. Our week there was great!

Beach trip

The property was great and in a very good location. We had a large group with two families and loved our time. We rented a golf cart which was great as well. The pool and outside areas worked great for our group. We had a group of teenagers so the seperate room above garage was excellent for giving them some space.

Excellent home in a great location

This was our second visit to Top Shelf for our family vacation, and each time has been exceptional. The home provides plenty of space to gather together or spread out. We love the pool and the beach is a short 5 minute walk. We highly recommend this home. Although, the internet is slow so do bring a hot spot if you need to sneak in any work while on vacation.

Top Shelf WOW

Our entire family of 15 enjoyed a wonder week in Destin at Mitch Warren’s Top Shelf this year. We have been vacationing in Fl the past 25 years, and I can honestly say this was the nicest home rental we’ve ever rented. Both communication and amenities were truly wonderful. Should we ever return to Destin, this is the place.
