The living room features new furniture, decor and artwork. All rooms have new ceiling fans. The living room (52") and both bedrooms (32") include new Roku smart TV'S. Master bedroom has a new mattress, plantation shutters, bedding and decor. The guest bedroom has new bedding and plantation shutters. Best of all, this unit has a WASHER/DRYER installed in the master bathroom.
