Waterview Villa-Pool-King Bed-Steps To the Sand!

Amazing crystal beach villa, the top level of a two-story unit that has lakeside and Gulf-side views from balconies spanning the front and back of the home. While relaxing in the living room and kitchen, enjoy the view of the lake or catch beautiful gulf views just outside the front door! You have pool access and it’s only steps to the sand! With a king bed in the master and a bunk room with Full/Full beds, this villa sleeps a total of 6 guests. Restaurants and beaches are all just steps away!
The space
One of the most beautiful beaches in Destin is just a few steps away!! This is a newly remodeled upstairs unit of a waterfront villa with 2 bedrooms, 1 King bed in the master suite with an attached bathroom, and one bunk room with full over full bunks. Both bathrooms are brand new with a walk-in shower in the master bath and a tub and shower in the hall bath. The community pool is heated from mid-February to mid-April and has plenty of room for lounging in the sun. The private back deck is on the lake which makes for a beautiful place to relax and have your morning coffee or dinner. This villa has a fully stocked kitchen and provides beach chairs, towels, and sand toys. Shopping and great dining options are all very close by, we really are in the perfect location!!

Great Location

The location is perfect within close proximity of the pool and beach, and we watched sunsets over the pond every night and walked our stroller on the path each morning. Also, the owner was super helpful in working with us to shift our dates last minute due to an unexpected event in the family.

Great spot!

Stayed here for a bday weekend with my wife and two friends. Very close to the ocean, responsive host, cool fire thing to sit around at night. Def recommend staying!

We absolutely love the house. Great location there in Destin. The 7 minute walk to the beach is truly a nice 7 minute walk. We all loved it. The balconies were wonderful!!! Very spacious for our family of five couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you.

Perfect condo for our family of 5. Walking to the beach and then the pool. Kids loved seeing and feeding the turtles in the pond the condo over looks. Communication with owners with questions was very quick response. Very happy with stay!!

Would definitely recommend staying at this property. Everything was exactly as advertised. And it smelled so clean when we walked in. Super close to the beach. Our kiddos enjoyed watching the turtles off the huge back deck. Very great location. Super quiet and relaxing. The owner answered very quickly to any concerns. Which their weren’t any 🙂

Everything was fantastic about our stay in Destin. The location of the rental was perfect- on a lake and less than a 5 min walk to the beach (including public restrooms) and the Crab Trap Restaurant. The back deck with a gas fire pit was a wonderful place to unwind and watch the turtles and various water birds. The property was spotless and fully equipped with beach and household supplies. Communication with Awnna was immediate and she was super helpful. We would definitely consider renting this unit again if we come back this way.

Perfect beach vacation

Very nice property. We especially enjoyed using the fire pit on the deck in the evening. Great location. We had a few questions and the owners replied in minutes. The beach is GORGEOUS. Book it...you will love your time here!

House is clean, well maintained, and a beautiful setting for a family getaway! Only a 4 min walk to our favorite spot on Destin beach. Great Family Time

Our upstairs unit had a great beach feel and created a relaxing stay. The view from the living room out to the back patio sets the place apart from the other villas.
