Alfoz de Burgos Holiday Rentals

"Some residents have “Hostal No” signs on their balconies opposing the tourist accommodations. The dispute concerning the use and alteration of common areas led to litigation between the homeowners’ association and the lodging/property operator, including court rulings in 2023 and 2024. The signs were still present during our August 2026 stay, although this did not cause us any problems. Otherwise the room and the location were perfect for us."

"In that particular apartment it was basically the ultimate stay. Basically a house with the cathedral in front. Unreal. Night view were SICKKKKKK. Wonderful"

"This is a great place, great location, plenty of hot water, it does not get any better than this in Burgos. I'm extremely happy, and that is saying a lot beause I'm usually miserable."

"The property was very clean and host was very responsive. "

"This apartment has the perfect location for the impressive city of Burgos. It is close to all cultural sites. The apartment is very quiet, clean and the owners respond to all questions. We didn't find a free parking space but parked in the nearby garage."

"Pasamos unos días estupendos muy agusto en el alojamiento. Un lugar muy tranquilo y la casa bien equipada. Los anfitriones resolvieron cualquier peticion que tuvimos muy rápido. "
