「Honestly couldn’t ask for a better place. Quiet place only about 20 minutes from downtown Covington, and within 40 minutes of several outdoor spots. Everything was super clean, everything in the cottage worked well, and the wifi was fast. Perfect spot for a secluded get away but with amenities and privacy you can’t find at a campground. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.」

「Above garage apartment works good for two on Jackson river. River bank is a bit steep at waters edge at property. Easy ride to bike path. Property is shared with other guests who stay in main house and share the driveway and parking area.」

「We had originally booked the studio apt for Jan 9 to visit an elderly parent - a family emergency came up and we had to move our visit to as soon as possible - the owner kindly allowed us to transfer the booking to an earlier date, the 5th (the day after my distressed call) at the cottage instead so other family members could stay as well. Owner is not local, so apparently did not know that the cottage was not quite prepared for guests- it was clean, but not stocked and had some repairs going...

「Beautiful property, everything was in perfect order. Good coffee and she even had creamer. She thought of everything we needed, bar of soap, dish soap , extra towels and good coffee mugs. Location is excellent, if back in the area, we would definitely stay here again. Very Classy Place!!!」

「The unit was nicely appointed, clean, pet friendly (at a reasonable rate), in the downtown area, where restaurants, specialty shops, and historic features were all within walking distance. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and the amenities were sufficient for our needs. We will definitely book a stay here again.」

「The home was in a great location and was immaculately clean and well stocked. The theater room with bunk beds was amazing, my kids loved it. Do note that the bedrooms are stocked with fans and space heaters but do not have HVAC or mini splits, so when the temperature plunged overnight my 9 month old woke up crying from cold and then when we tried to plug in the space heater, it blew the fuse.
