「Our room 211 was clean inside but there was cigarette butts in a bowl on the private porch, a beer can and a bucket of some kind of dead fish. We enjoyed the pool and the fishing pier. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back 😊」

Home was well kept and the location right across from Rock Port Beach was so convenient 👌 This property would be perfect for an extended family traveling to the beach. There are smaller cottages on the side so everyone could book their own little spot but still feel close together. Definitely coming back soon! 😇」

「We had a wonderful stay over Labor Day weekend. We were there for a wedding. The house was supposed to have a pack-n-play for our granddaughter. It was not there when we arrived. I called and the manager went to Walmart and bought one. She delivered it to us while we attended the wedding. Thank you.」

「This place exceeded our expectations! The location, house, fishing, and host, were amazing. There was 17 of us ranging from 8 years old all the way to 30 and the house was big enough for everyone to fit comfortably. The layout allowed for us to be inside and still watch over the kids that were outside in the pool. 「Amazing and cozy place, has everything you need for a good stay. Very close to the rockport beach park, is the place we always go for spend the day at the beach. Roxane was very communicative and response time always good. Comfortable bed, easy access for check in and check out. Would definitely come back again next summer. 」

「Overall a very nice place to stay. Water views from the porch, quiet area, still convenient to everything. Wish it had a dishwasher (although I don’t know where you’d put it) and outdoor grill was a mess. I had to spend a lot of time cleaning the grill before I could use it. The cottage had everything you could possibly need. If you want to cook meals yourself and avoid restaurants, this is a great option. Communication was great. I didn’t report the grill issue but I’m sure they would have...
