“This place was amazing! It was better than we anticipated, the pictures didn’t do it justice. Everything was super clean and we felt comfortable using the provided linen/towels because they were clean. The temperature in the space was perfect due to the 2 minisplit HVAC units installed. “We had a great time staying here. It was easy to access.Some minor cleaning issues could be addressed. The slip covers on the sofa should be cleaned. We didn't have pods for the dishwasher and there was only one dishtowel so we donated one. Benjamin was responsive to our needs and had there been some instructions regarding use of the fob for entry, we wouldn't have bothered him.Overall, it was a great location for spending time with our nearby family and we would stay here again.”

“For a house with the ability to accommodate many guests, the outfitting of the kitchen was very sparse. We adapted with a run to the market for serving plates. Additionally, all the beds did not have flat sheets & not enough bath & hand towels to accommodate the numbers of guests. ”

In addition, the bathroom facilities were outdoor showers and commodes that required a climb up a set of stairs. Luckily we were able to secure a room at another facility. The owner supposedly requested a refund for me but I haven’t heard whether this has been approved.”
