「I loved everything about this place. It was close to where I needed to be. It had amenities close by (Harrogate and Middlesboro nearby) and it is in a sweet town. It is on a second floor with no elevator but thankfully I only had a backpack and a purse to bring in. I did not use the shower nor washer and dryer. 「We booked for 2 adults and 5 children. Only one of our children was short enough to sleep on the couch that was advertised as being the 7th place to sleep. It is not long enough or wide enough to accommodate most full size adults (back cushions are sewn on and can't be removed). The air mattress was missing the pump to inflate it, and only 5 towels were provided. The hosts quickly supplied a new air mattress and additional towels.
